The ABA Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division, publisher of GP/SOLO Magazine, will publish in its October issue an article on class actions co-authored by Drew and by Jocelyn Larkin of the Impact Fund (Berkely, CA). The article focuses on how a general practice or solo attorney should deal with a client or claim that may involve potential class litigation.
