At the invitation of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, I was one of two primary presenters last week’s Section of Antitrust Law presentation, “Class Action Fundamentals for Antitrust Litigators and Economists.” The event was hosted in Washtington, D.C., on May 5, 2016, and put on by the Section’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.  A copy of the program brochure is here.
