At this year’s National Consumer Law Center’s Class Action Seminar, November 16-17, 2019 (Boston, MA), Drew will present on the topic of Ethical Issues in Class Actions. The symposium follows NCLC’s annual Consumer Rights Litigation Conference, which draws hundreds of consumer lawyers to dozens of sessions discussing the latest developments in consumer litigation. Drew will spearhead a discussion of the ethical ramifications of overbroad releases in class action settlements. He will also discuss class member communications and ethical concerns regarding confidentiality provisions in class litigation. More information on the conference and the symposium is available here.
